Nos Galan Gaeaf is Welsh for "Night of the Winter Calends".

This is music for two pianos based on seasonal Welsh traditions associated with this time of the year. Rural scenes and autumn landscapes are abstracted through a conveyance of the underlying moods they tend to prompt.
